BE YOUR BEST YOU
Why do we women spend so much of our time worrying about our body imperfections? Our body image? Sure, who wouldn’t love to have a little less cottage cheese on their thighs? Who wouldn’t like shinier hair, always perfectly polished nails, longer legs, shorter legs, a better smile? There is always SOMETHING that we wish were different…or better…We know you can “solve” some of your problem areas with the right pair of pants, perfect shoes or boots. But what is the most important is how you feel. In order to feel your best you need to do some very basic things:
- Surround yourself with positive people
- Get plenty of sleep every night
- Have a job you love vs one you just go to because it pays the bills
- Have some outside interests or hobbies you can’t wait to do
- Be the best you can be for your family
- Do something JUST for yourself every single day
- SMILE and LAUGH a Lot
- Realize that your attitude trumps your problems. You can worry about them but if you put them in the “right” place and don’t let them take over your life, you will be happier
- When a solution is there, grab it. If there is no solution, don’t fret over it
- LOVE
So yes, life is not perfect. It does not need to be. You just need to accept yourself and allow yourself to be your best you.
