Do you accept returns?

Unworn items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of the receipt date. So feel free to but knowing that if they don't fit, you can return them. Buyer pays for return shipping unless the return is our error.

Do not tape shoe boxes to return items. Returns will not be accepted if shoe boxes are taped and not shipped in an outer carton.

NO returns on Clearance Items.

I want to make sure I receive my package. Can I ask for signature delivery for my package?

Yes! You can have a signature required to receive your package for just a $3 fee.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We am sorry but once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. You can email us and we will attempt to cancel the order, but it is very unlikely it can be cancelled, since we immediately remove it from inventory to ship.

Do you charge sales taxes?

All orders delivered to a Florida address will be charged sales taxes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. You have to pay all shipping and custom fees, but we will ship to most countries.
